HR software demo: see Sora İK applied to your own processes

In short

A Sora İK (the HR management software by Sora Yazılım Teknolojileri) demo is a meeting where our team walks you through the product using your own processes. In the form on this page, you state your employee count and the modules you are interested in, and the meeting is planned accordingly. A demo request creates no purchase or registration obligation.

What happens after a demo request?

Your demo request proceeds in three steps, and none of them commits you to buying:

  1. Your request is reviewed: The information in the form is forwarded to our team, and we contact you by the email or phone you provided to clarify your needs.
  2. The demo meeting takes place: Sora İK is presented through sample scenarios suited to the modules you specified and your employee count, and your questions are answered.
  3. We decide on the next step together: If it suits you, you can complete a company registration, ask for a quote or schedule a follow-up meeting.

What is the difference between a demo, a free trial and a quote?

A demo is a walkthrough with our team; a free trial is the period in which you use the product yourself in your own account. A quote is prepared for cases where the price is not published on the site.

How can you prepare for the demo meeting?

The most productive demo is one based on how your team works today. Before the meeting, we suggest preparing the following:

  • Your number of active employees and any branch or company structure
  • The tools you use today for leave, time tracking, the attendance ledger and payroll
  • The process you want to solve first (e.g. leave management, payroll)
  • Your questions about data security and access permissions (security page)
  • Who will attend the meeting and their roles

Frequently asked questions

What information do I need to share for a demo request?

The form requires your full name, business email address, company name and a short message. Phone number, employee count range and module of interest are optional, but sharing them makes it easier to plan the meeting around your needs. Before submitting the form, you need to confirm that you have read the privacy notice under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).

Can we see only a specific module in the demo?

Yes. Select the module you are interested in from the form's module field, or name several modules in your message. If you came from the request link on a module page, this field is filled automatically. The meeting focuses on the modules you choose and the processes they depend on; a payroll demo, for example, can also show the draft-to-final payroll step, the payslip and the CSV summary.

Does a demo request commit us to buying?

No. A demo request is only a request for a walkthrough meeting; it creates no contract, payment or registration obligation. After the meeting, it is entirely up to you whether to register or ask for a quote. Marketing consent in the form is also optional; if you do not give it, we contact you only about your demo request.

Who should attend the demo meeting?

We recommend that the HR specialist or payroll officer who runs the process day to day attends together with the manager who will make the decision. Having your financial adviser present for payroll and SGK (Social Security Institution) topics, and your IT lead for access and data security topics, means questions can be answered in the same meeting. You can list participants in the message field of the form.

How will you contact me after my demo request?

When you submit the form, an automatic message confirming receipt of your request is sent to your email address. Our team then contacts you at the business email address you provided, and by phone if you shared a number. The meeting's date, format and participants are agreed with you then. Meanwhile, you can send any additional information through the contact form, quoting the request number from the automatic message.

Why is a business email address requested for a demo?

A business email address helps us understand that the request is made on behalf of a business and plan the meeting with the right person; it also makes it easier to tell automated submissions and erroneous requests apart. If your company does not have its own email domain, you can submit the form with the address you use and briefly introduce your company in your message.
