In short
The compliance and reporting category in Sora İK (Sora Yazılım Teknolojileri's human resources management software) keeps records on statutory obligations in order and turns personnel data into reports. Reporting and people analytics are available today. The KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) compliance module, OHS (occupational health and safety) management, discipline and statutory reports are coming soon.

Compliance and reporting modules help the employer and the human resources (HR) team keep the records needed to show that statutory obligations have been met in order and accessible. Many obligations under legislation come down to being able to show that something was done: Were employees informed under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), was mandatory training delivered, was an incident report written, was a report prepared on time? When these records sit in scattered folders, finding the document you need during an inspection or a dispute becomes difficult. In this category, Sora İK (Sora Yazılım Teknolojileri's human resources management software) offers the following module today:
Records of mandatory OHS (occupational health and safety) training and their validity periods are kept today in the Learning Management module in the performance and development category; expired training is listed there. Occupational Health & Safety, which will bring together risk assessment, workplace accident and medical examination records, is coming soon.
KVKK Compliance Management is coming soon. The module is being designed to keep records of the personal data inventory, explicit consent and data subject requests, and to list records past their retention period and record approved erasure or anonymization with a written record; the aim is to help design processes in line with KVKK. Features that support KVKK processes today sit in other modules: role and permission definitions, a separate permission for special-category documents, and the privacy notice acknowledgment and explicit consent records taken with candidate applications. In Document & Contract Management, the employee privacy notice can be added as a document to each employee's personnel card and a read confirmation requested from the employee; publishing the notice to all employees as a company-wide document and getting a read report are coming soon.
Software does not fulfil statutory obligations on the employer's behalf; the parties bound by them are the employer and the specialists it appoints. The software's contribution is to keep a record of the work done and prepare reports. Views of sensitive data are tracked in the audit log of the Roles, Permissions & Security module; our general approach to data protection is on the Security and data protection page.
The modules in this section are coming soon; they aim to set up record-keeping for OHS management (İSG in Turkish), disciplinary processes and statutory reports to institutions such as İŞKUR (Türkiye İş Kurumu, the Turkish Employment Agency). Their scope will be defined during development. For plans, see Pricing; for all categories, see the Modules page.
| Module | What it does |
|---|---|
| Occupational Health & Safety | Keep risk assessment, workplace accident, medical examination and OHS training records in one place |
| Disciplinary Records | Store incident reports, defenses and disciplinary decisions in order and with change history |
| Statutory Reports | Track employment obligations and compile data for reports to institutions |
Occupational Health & Safety is being designed to keep records of obligations under the İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu (Türkiye's Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331) alongside employee information. In many businesses, risk assessment reports, workplace accident and near-miss records, pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, personal protective equipment handovers and OHS training sit in separate files kept by the safety specialist, the workplace physician and HR. In the planned module, these records will be combined by employee and workplace, and reminders can be sent for employees whose examination or training is coming up. Attendance for mandatory training will come from the Learning Management module used today, and protective equipment handovers from the asset work in the employee management category. Health data such as examination results is a special category of personal data under KVKK; the aim is to limit access to authorized persons such as the workplace physician. Workplace accidents are notified by the employer through official channels; the module will help compile the information needed for the notification to SGK (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu, the Social Security Institution) but will not connect to it directly.
Disciplinary Records is planned to record in order, with documents, the process from the report on a workplace incident to the request for a defense, and from the defense to the decision. Disciplinary processes mostly run on email, paper reports and documents on different people's computers; in a potential dispute, showing in what order and on which dates the process was carried out becomes difficult. In the planned module, the incident report, the request for a defense, the employee's defense, the disciplinary board's assessment and the decision will be kept in one file in date order, with change history. Reminders can be set for deadlines in internal regulations or legislation. Documents will be stored using the Document & Contract Management structure; if the process ends in termination, the aim is to link the records to the Onboarding & Offboarding steps. Because disciplinary records are sensitive, access will be limited to people with a role in the process. Which behavior warrants which sanction, and the legal assessment of the process, rest with the employer and its legal advisor; the module does not decide, it documents the decision process.
The Statutory Reports module is planned to track the employer's employment-related obligations and to compile, from employee records, the data needed for reports to public institutions. Obligations that depend on the number of employees at a workplace, such as employing disabled workers, need reassessing as headcount changes; this tracking is mostly done by hand at period end, and an open quota may be noticed late. In the planned module, whether an employment obligation arises and whether there is an open quota will be shown by period, and authorized persons will be alerted when the situation changes. The aim is to make the information needed for periodic notifications to İŞKUR and other institutions available from one place. Calculation rules will be built based on legislation; for matters that require interpretation, such as which employees count or how workplaces are assessed, expert advice should be sought. The notifications themselves are made by the employer through the official channels of the relevant institutions; Sora İK has no direct connection to İŞKUR. Management reports remain in the Reporting & People Analytics module used today.
