HR (human resources) software consists of modules that bring connected processes, from employee records to payroll, together on the same data. In Sora İK, these modules are grouped into eight categories. For example, the time and attendance category covers leave management, clock-in and clock-out tracking with PDKS (Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi, time and attendance tracking) and the attendance ledger (puantaj); the payroll and compensation category includes payroll and the SGK (Social Security Institution) declaration and MUHSGK (combined withholding tax and social security declaration) outputs coming soon; and the compliance and reporting category brings together HR reports and the compliance module coming soon for processes under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).
| Category | Processes covered | Examples of available modules |
|---|---|---|
| Employee Management | Employee records, organization, onboarding and offboarding, documents | Digital Employee Records, Employee & Manager Self-Service |
| Time & Attendance | Leave, clock-in records, attendance ledger | Leave Management, Time & Attendance (PDKS), Attendance Ledger (Puantaj) |
| Payroll & Compensation | Pay calculation, statutory declaration outputs | Payroll |
| Recruiting & Talent | Job posts, applications, candidate evaluation | Applicant Tracking & Careers Page |
| Performance & Development | Goals, reviews, training | Performance Management, Learning Management |
| Employee Experience | Surveys, HR help desk, events | All modules in this category are coming soon |

The "Available" badge shows that a module can be used in Sora İK today, while the "Coming soon" badge shows that a module is not yet in the product and will be developed. The badge always reflects the product's current state; no release dates are given for modules coming soon.
| Badge | Meaning | Where is it described? |
|---|---|---|
| Available | The module can be used in the product today | On its own module page |
| Coming soon | The module is not yet in the product and will be developed; no release date is given | Mostly as a separate section on the category page |
Most modules coming soon do not have their own pages; each one is described on its category page, with what it will do and which problem it will solve. A module with its own page can also be "Coming soon": the KVKK Compliance Management page describes the module's planned scope. When a module becomes available, its badge changes to "Available" and, where needed, its own page is opened. Features not yet included in an available module are also marked "coming soon" on that module's page.
The modules share the same employee record; information entered in one module is used in the related modules without being entered again. In monthly payroll preparation, this connection works as follows today:
The starting point is the process your team spends the most time on today. The table below matches common situations with available modules:
| Current situation | Suggested starting module |
|---|---|
| Personnel documents sit in paper folders or scattered files | Digital Employee Records, Document & Contract Management |
| Leave balances are calculated by hand in a spreadsheet | Leave Management |
| Clock-in times and the attendance ledger are kept separately | Time & Attendance (PDKS), Attendance Ledger (Puantaj) |
| Collecting data before payroll takes days | Attendance Ledger (Puantaj), Payroll |
| Applications get lost in email inboxes | Applicant Tracking |
| Leave approvals run through emails and messages | Workflow & Approval Designer |
| It is unclear who can see which employee data | Roles, Permissions & Security |
| Preparing regular HR reports for management is hard | Reporting & People Analytics |
All available modules are included in every plan; there is no separate charge per module, and plans differ only by number of active employees. Plan user limits and purchase steps are explained on the pricing page, and how employee data is protected is explained on the security page. If you want to see a module applied to your own processes, you can request a demo, or ask for a quote for a corporate structure.
