What does our vision aim for?
Our vision is for an HR (human resources) specialist, payroll officer, manager or employee in Türkiye to reach the information they need from a single place, with the right permissions and in a clear form. Today this information is often scattered across separate spreadsheets, email threads and paper forms; Sora İK aims to bring it together around a single employee record.
What principles does our vision rest on?
Our vision rests on five principles, and each one has a concrete counterpart on the site or in the product today.
| Principle | What it means today |
|---|---|
| Published prices | Plan prices, user limits and purchase steps are published on the pricing page |
| Caution on legislation | Calculations are designed according to legislation; instead of articles and rates, the site links to official sources |
| Proportionate data processing | Forms make only the necessary fields mandatory; for example, identity information is optional in the request form under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) |
| No overstatement | Modules that are not yet in the product are shown with the "Coming soon" badge; unverifiable claims are left out |
| Local focus | Turkish as the source language, prices in Turkish lira; the "for businesses in Türkiye" framing is kept in the other languages too |
How is the vision reflected in product development?
The product is planned to start from the most frequently repeated processes and expand its scope step by step:
- Available today: Core processes repeated every month, such as employee records, leave, PDKS (Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi, time and attendance tracking), the attendance ledger and payroll (modules).
- Time and pay details: Coming-soon modules such as shift scheduling, overtime, and severance and notice pay calculation (time and attendance, payroll and compensation).
- Platform: Coming-soon items such as an open API (application programming interface), a mobile app and data exchange with other software (platform and integrations).
No dates are given for coming-soon modules; when a module becomes available, its badge changes to "Available" and, if needed, its own page opens.
