    Enter your company, tax number and contact details, confirm the privacy notice and accept the sales agreement.

  2. Verify your email

    Verify your email address with the link we send you after registration.

  3. Free trial

    Your 30-day free trial starts when you verify your email address. A trial is opened once per tax number; no card details are required.

  4. Activate your plan

    When you decide to continue, you choose your plan on your account page and send a request with your billing details. Once payment arrives by bank transfer (havale or EFT, electronic funds transfer), your plan is activated for 12 months.

Calculation infrastructure based on Turkish legislation

For Türkiye-specific tasks such as leave entitlement, payroll and SGK (Social Security Institution) premiums, calculations follow the rules in official legislation. For processes under KVKK (Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), role-based permissions and a log of access to sensitive data are provided today. Results support decision-making; they do not replace legal or financial advice, and we recommend having critical calculations checked by your adviser.

Sora İK was designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and mid-sized companies in Türkiye. Plans range from teams of up to 10 employees to businesses with 500 employees; larger workforces receive a quote for the Enterprise plan. The application interface is available in Turkish and English, which makes things easier for managers of foreign-owned companies with a branch in Türkiye.

Do I need to install anything to use Sora İK?

No. Sora İK is cloud-based software that runs in the browser; you do not need to install a program on your own server or maintain one. The initial work consists of configuring company settings, setting up the organizational structure and importing employee data. Updates are made centrally and reach all companies in the same release.

Which modules can be used in Sora İK today?

The pricing unit is an active employee registered in the system, and employees with a self-service account are included in this count. Prices are published from the Starter plan up to Corporate+; workforces above 500 receive a quote, and there is no monthly payment option.
