Frequently asked questions about registration

What information do I need to register?

You need your company name, tax number (for sole proprietorships, the Turkish ID number), employee count range, the contact person's full name, a business email address, a phone number and a password of at least 10 characters. During registration you confirm that you have read the KVKK Privacy Notice and accept the Sales and Subscription Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement. Consent to marketing messages is optional.

When will my account be activated after registration?

Your 30-day free trial starts automatically when you verify your email address; you can see the trial end date on your account page. A trial is available once per tax number; if a trial has already been used with this number, you can choose a package and send a request from your account page.

Do I need to provide payment details when registering?

No. No credit card or payment details are required to register; Sora İK has no online payment. When you decide to continue, you choose a package on your account page and send a request with your billing details; your invoice is issued and payment is made by bank transfer or EFT. Once payment arrives, your package is set up for 12 months.

What should I do if the verification email does not arrive?

First check your spam folder. The verification link is valid for 48 hours; if it has expired or the email did not arrive, you can request a new link from the page shown after registration or from the login page. When a new link is sent, earlier links stop working.

Do I choose my package during registration?

No. At registration you only state your employee count range. When you decide to continue, you choose the package that fits your number of active employees on your account page and send a request; prices are yearly, in Turkish lira and exclude VAT. You can compare packages on the pricing page.
