HR software pricing: annual plans and the purchase process

In short

Sora İK (the HR management software by Sora Yazılım Teknolojileri) is sold in annual plans. The price depends on the number of active employees registered in the system; amounts are in Turkish lira (TL), excluding VAT. Plans range from Starter, for up to 10 employees, to Enterprise, quoted for workforces above 500. All available modules are included in every plan.

Who counts as a "user" in pricing?

In Sora İK, the pricing unit is an active employee registered in the system; whether that employee has a self-service account makes no difference. The plan limit is based on the number of active employee records, not on the number of people who log in. Plans differ by this limit: Starter (up to 10), Basic (up to 25), Standard (up to 50), Professional (up to 100), Corporate (up to 250), Corporate+ (up to 500) and Enterprise (over 500).

Prices are annual, in Turkish lira and exclude VAT; there is no monthly payment option.

What is included in the plans?

All available modules are included in every plan; modules coming soon are added to your plan at no extra charge as they become available. The only difference between plans is the active employee limit.

How is the Enterprise plan priced?

The Enterprise plan is priced by quote for businesses with more than 500 active employees. To request a quote, select the "Quote" topic in the contact form and state your number of active employees, your company structure (e.g. multiple companies or branches) and the modules you are interested in. The user limit and billing period are agreed together while the quote is prepared.

How do you buy Sora İK?

The purchase runs in five steps, from registration to plan activation; there is no online payment step on the site.

  1. Registration: In the registration form, you enter your company details, tax number and contact details, confirm the privacy notice under KVKK and accept the sales and subscription agreement.
  2. Email verification: You verify your email address using the link sent to you.
  3. Free trial: Your 30-day free trial starts when you verify your email address. A trial is opened once per tax number.
  4. Plan request: When you decide to continue, you choose your plan and your number of active employees on your account page and send a request with your billing details.
  5. Invoice and plan: Your invoice is issued; once payment arrives by bank transfer (havale or EFT, electronic funds transfer), your plan is activated for 12 months.

What happens if the user limit is reached?

When your number of active employees reaches the plan limit, no new active employees can be added; when you move up to the next plan, the difference is invoiced pro rata for the remaining term. Your plan end date does not change with the switch.

Is a payroll consulting service available?

Payroll consulting is planned as a service separate from the Sora İK software and is not offered yet. Once its scope and price are set, it will be announced on this page. If you are interested, you can leave a preliminary request by selecting the "Payroll consulting" topic in the contact form.

Frequently asked questions

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The trial starts when you verify your email address after registration and lasts 30 days. No card details are required, and you are not charged automatically when it ends. If you want to continue, you choose a plan on your account page and send a request with your billing details; if you do not, the trial ends and your account does not move to a paid plan by itself.

How many times can a company start a trial?

A trial is opened once per tax number; for sole proprietorships, the Turkish identity number (T.C. kimlik numarası) is used instead. If a trial has already been opened with that number, no new trial starts; you can choose a plan on your account page and send a request. If registration details are incomplete or inconsistent, the Sora İK team may suspend the account and ask for additional information.

How is payment made? Are credit cards accepted?

Sora İK does not offer credit card or any other online payment. After you send a plan request with your billing details from your account page, an invoice is issued for the annual amount and payment is made by bank transfer (havale or EFT). When payment reaches us, your plan is activated and the 12-month term begins. Because prices on the site exclude VAT, VAT is added to the invoice.

What happens if our employee count reaches the plan limit?

At the plan limit, no new active employees can be added: the application rejects any record that would exceed it and reports that the limit has been reached. When you move up a plan, the price difference between the plans is invoiced pro rata for the remaining term, so a growing team does not pay a full annual fee again mid-term. The sales and subscription agreement covers plan switches.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

No. The plan term is 12 months and does not renew automatically; you are notified as the end of the term approaches. If you want to continue, an invoice is issued for the new term; if you do not renew, the plan ends at the end of its term. Can we take our data with us if our subscription ends?

Yes. You own your data: during the subscription and when it ends, you can export the attendance ledger, payroll summary, exit list, audit log and reports (including the annual leave summary) as CSV; CSV export of the employee list is coming soon. After the agreement ends, data is deleted from our systems within the period set in the sales and subscription agreement, so we recommend exporting what you need beforehand.

Does Sora İK offer payroll consulting?

Payroll consulting is not currently offered; it is planned as a service separate from the software. Its scope, price and start date have not been set yet. If you are interested, you can leave a preliminary request by selecting the payroll consulting topic in the contact form. The payroll module, by contrast, is part of the software and is among the modules included in every plan.

Which employee count should we use when choosing a plan?

Use the number of active employees who will be registered in the system, including employees without a self-service account. If you plan to hire during the term, considering the next plan up rather than one very close to its limit reduces the need to switch mid-term. If you are unsure, choose "Quote" as the subject on the contact form and tell us your employee count.
